Spearmint, Curled leafed – an unusual form of Spearmint with distinctive curled leaves. Light mauve flowers in Spring that are also attractive to bees and other pollinators.
The flavour is very similar to Spearmint, so perfect for most culinary dishes. Use for teas, or garnishing fruit cups and sweet dishes. Maybe add some to a cool summer drink or a cocktail.
As with all mints it is a vigorous grower. It will grow quite happily in a container where it can’t be too boisterous next to other plants!
