The Cambridge Biltong!
Every pouch of biltong starts with a prime cut of beef from traditional or rare British breeds. Each piece is marinated and spiced by hand using cider vinegar and our own blend of spices. After the flavours have been infused it is air dried until just the right amount of moisture and consistency has been achieved. Each piece is then carefully hand sliced and packaged, ready to delight your tastebuds!
